Chateau Maris Rose de Nymphe is a very fresh and delightful rose that also looks beautiful. It makes a striking and thoughtful gift for a rose drinking loved one! Very pale pink, the fresh strawberry, raspberry and apricot flavours combine with a delicate minerality, but with a touch of muscle that balances the fruit and gives a reasonably full-bodied rose. On the finish we detected orange zest notes and a little bit of bramble. The bottle has a very cool glass stopper. Try pairing this with light summer tomato salads.
