Henners Maypole English Sparkling Wine wine is made by the talented team at Henners who have created a blend which has more Pinot Noir than the Henners Brut wines. The blend composition is 44% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier and the wine has spent 5 years on lees before recent disgorgement.

Lots of crisp apple and pear fruit characters on the palate with a fine, persistent mousse. There’s a long finish which shows some biscuity development along with characteristic, balanced acidity.
