Château Pineraie ‘Cuvée Authentique’ wine is a smooth and sumptuous Cahors. This wine expresses the almost tender notes of Malbec as well as rich, milky fudge notes from ageing in oak. Rural, complex and complete - a delicious wine. Cassoulet would work extremely well. Also try with stuffed peppers perhaps topped with melting blue cheese or with hearty mushroom-based dishes.
