Appealing young, juicy Rioja with a soft, easy style, produced from the regions famous Tempranillo grape.
Made from Tempranillo grapes cultivated in hillside vineyards in the best parts of Rioja Baja. The vineyards are at altitudes around 600 metres above sea level and have clay stone soil with some sandy spots. The drop irrigation method is used in the vineyards. 80% of the vines are trained using the trellis system and 20% are bush trained. The Tempranillo grapes are crushed and chilled for several hours before fermentation is started. Tasting notes
Vibrant aromas of ripe red berry and cherry fruit, with a hint of spice. Approachable plum and damson characters on the palate are balanced by supple tannins and red berry acidity.
