This is really good! 500 almonds go into every bottle (compared to zero in some of the mass produced Amaretto's) - it's made by re-distilling spirit with crushed almonds. Saliza has a delightful lightness and intense yet elegant marzipan flavour, with a dash of orange. Aromas of almonds carry through to the palate with great purity.
