Wildsong Organic Pinot Gris

Veteran winemaker Rod McDonald spent nine years at the helm of the leading Hawkes Bay Vidal Estate, where he was awarded Winemaker of the Year, before finding the perfect site for his organic Wildsong project. Made in an Alsatian style, this Pinot Gris brims with an attractive ripe fruit bowl of pear, lychee and quince, all muddled with toasted almond. Would be great paired with an aromatic curry.
