Notes of red fruits and spices on the nose lead to a restrained and smooth Syrah with gentle tannins and a refreshing acidity.
Like all Syrah, it pairs very nicely indeed with cuts of lamb, beef, and other red meats, but you don’t need to go all out on rich sauces and hearty stews.
