The deep copper colour and long finish of this Glengoyne 21 year old single malt are testament to the length of maturation in the sherry wood. The nose is treated to hints of red apples, spicy strudel, toffee, sherry and dried fruits. Christmas cake in a glass. On the palate, lots of Sherry, honey, aromatic oak that ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.
