Andes Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon
This product is currently sold out.
The grapes for Andes Peak Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in the Valle Central of Chile. Chile’s Valle Central winegrowing zone ranges from the Maipo to the Maule Valleys. The entire zone features well-drained, highly fertile soils and excellent growing conditions, especially for red varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, and others. The grapes were harvested in early April at their optimum ripeness and then transported to our Las Palmeras winery for vinification. Vinified in stainless steel.
Ruby red in colour with complex aromas on the nose, remarkable red fruit, and a subtle touch of mocha. On the palate this wine is well balanced, with silky smooth tannins. An enjoyable wine that is suitable for many occasions.
Ideal with lean red meats and poultry, such as chicken and turkey in mild, lightly seasoned sauces, all types of pasta dishes, creamy cheeses, and nuts.
