Château l'Ermitage was founded in the XIth Century by the hermits of Sainte Cécile d'Estagel Abbay. It is situated on the pilgrimage route of Santiago de Compostella. The estate's total surface covers 80 hectares of sunny south facing vineyards, which benefit from the airy Mediterranean climate.
Château L’Ermitage Rosé ‘Auzan’, Costières de Nîmes 2016 wine is a meaty, rich and appealing rosé with cranberry flavours throughout. With balancing richness of fruit, this is a great food wine. Pair with lamb chops with Provence herbs, grilled trout and spicy dishes.
