Darnley’s London Dry Spiced is a contemporary gin is full and rounded. It uses 10 botanicals cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, cloves, ginger, juniper, cassia, coriander seeds, grains of paradise, angelica root cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger to create a warming character with woody sweet spice. The signature serve is with ginger ale as an alternative to tonic.
Nose: Orange, pine needles, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove.
Palate: Mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest.
