Debajo Dry Farmed Carignan
Debajo Dry Farmed Carignan

Debajo Dry Farmed Carignan

Tax included.

Made from dry-farmed Carignan grown in Curico's coastal mountains. Debajo means 'beneath' and refers to the vines' struggle for water, digging their roots through the cracks in the dry earth to find water reserves deep beneath the ground.

Grapes are sourced from unirrigated vines in the coastal mountains of Curico. A 15% Grenache blend adds flesh and juiciness to the wine.

Debajo Dry Farmed Carignan wine is edgy, with good acidity and tannins but also has a lovely purity of blackberry and mulberry fruit. It has a long, fresh finish leaving you wanting more!

Great with simple, rustic, flavoursome cooking: slow-cooked lamb stew, spicy bean casserole or roasted red meat.
