In Maligny - as far north in Chablis as you can get - on the right bank of the river Serein, Domaine Daniel Séguinot is a small Domaine of 27 hectares now run by Daniel's charming and very switched-on daughters, Laurence and Emilie. Since they took on the business from their father Daniel, they have been instrumental in the move to domaine-bottled wines produced without oak in a very pure, linear style.

Domaine Daniel Séguinot Chablis wine is a taut, crisp and linear Chablis. Fresh, flinty nose then vibrant, fleshy fruit; very much the Séguinot style with a core of excellent quality Chardonnay and tight, mineral backbone. Serve chilled accompanying light meats, grilled fish and salads.
