Having sold their quality grapes to a local co-operative for many years, the sisters started making their own wines in 2010. The wines ferment using only the native grape yeasts, with no chaptalisation or acidification and sulphur additions are minimal. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eProduced from young vines between three and twenty years old from parcels situated in Mercurol. De-stemmed and allowed to ferment in tanks for two to three weeks with very little intervention.
