Old bush vine Cinsault forms the backbone of this 'proper' rosé. False Bay Wild Yeast Rose is a fruit-driven, slightly spicy pale Rosé with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, dry finish. Fruit forward, it is delightfully very gently off-dry. False Bay Rosé is produced from Cinsault and Mourvèdre grapes. They prefer Rhône varietals when it comes to producing the Rosé as they believe these varietals impart elegant tannins to the wines and ensure a well rounded wine. This is a wine perfect with Mediterranean dishes especially juicy pan-fried garlic prawns... or drink chilled on its own.
