Il Vello is a nod to ‘Pecora’ meaning sheep, from which the Pecorino grape gets its name.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes come from a longstanding partner in Abruzzo from where we also source the Conviviale Montepulciano. The hilly vineyards are on clay, sand and gravel soil. Stainless steel fermentation, followed by a short period on fine lees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFresh and vibrant, with aromas of citrus and white peach.
