Tempranillo grapes are kept on the skins for 8 hours in order to achieve a delicate 'rosy' colour; cold fermentation temperatures ensure that the vibrant berry characters and fresh acidity are preserved.
Vibrant berry fruit on the nose, with abundant redcurrant and raspberry characters, and a bright twist of rhubarb acidity. Deliciously approachable and gently textured.
Great with paella, tortilla, jamon, padron peppers and all things tapas.
