The Spier Winery is one of the oldest wine farms in South Africa, dating its history back to 1692 and named IWSC South African Wine Producer of the year in 2011. Their signature Rose made by Anton Swarts is wonderful. Chardonnay from Stellenbosh and Pinot Noir from Durbanville with an average vine age of 16 years yielded the grapes for this outstanding wine. Delicious aromas of strawberries and yellow apple, with a crisp fruity finish. Enjoy now and serve with a seafood and avodaco salad.
