The big, beautiful expression of dry-grown vineyards.

Selected from the Enzaamheid vineyard. The grapes are harvested from two vineyard, 26 and 32 years old, in the Agter-Paarl region. The vines are in natural balance, giving a low yield of 7 tons per hectare.

Lovely freshly bailed straw in colour. The nose is a tightly wound finely grained nose of French oak vanilla with a seam of sandy texture. The palate entirely reflects the nose – the Chenin is tight as a drum but promises a resounding length and finish. Very focused. Another amazing effort from Albertus reflecting Perdeberg’s phenomenal old Paarl vines.

Pair with dishes such as Cape Malay bobotie, chicken curry or fragrant cheeses.

Please note: All case wine orders can take between 7-10 days for delivery.
