This is the beer that most of us at the brewery cut out teeth to during ‘craft beers’ big rise over a decade ago & we all remember that first time fruity, citrus hit & - what at the time seemed - huge resin punch and bracing clash of bitterness. Overall we owe a lot to that beer and wanted to create our own here. In the UK however, we’re all about the cask and that’s where ours lands. This is all about balance & clarity!

Visual: Golden to honeyed with Crystal 150 adding a little amber depth
Aroma: Predominant Grapefruit - citrus, mild pine and a prickle of spice
Taste: Balanced sweetness with assertive bitterness and fresh citrus & grassy resin
Mouthfeel: Full - Medium bodied, with a subtly chewy caramel lacquer

Allergens: Gluten from Barley and Wheat.
