Bullhouse Brew Co are part of the new wave of Northern Irish brewers making their mark on the UK scene. Producing multi-award winning beers such as Merc Bro and Rolling Papers, they are known for a solid core range as well as a host of specials ranging from funky sours to decadent stouts.
Regular clay bricks take 5-6 days to make on average, this Brick DIPA took between 15-20 days to make, but don’t let the name fool you; this is not suitable for construction. A solid DIPA with Cashmere, Sabro and Strata.
