The return leg of Garage's first set of collabs with San Diego’s North Park and it’s their most heavily hopped West Coast IPA we have ever brewed. And rightfully so. North Park have been carrying the torch for modern West Coast IPA with their lean, clean and incredibly hoppy beers. We have taken a leaf out of there book and hit this beer with a superstar line-up of hops in a variety of formats.
With CITRA INCOGNITO, CITRA SPECTRUM, CITRA CRYO, SIMCOE T90, SIMCOE CRYO, MOSAIC T90 AND NELSON SAUVIN T90 all in the mix you can expect an intense melee of tropical and citrus fruits with a heavy dose of dank pine resin always poking through. This hop assault is presented through the clear lense of a simple pilsner malt base that finishes crisp and dry making this one hell of a IPA that drinks remarkably easily for its ABV.
