Sourced from a single Gommersol vineyard just a few minutes south of the winery. 80+ year old vines in ancient deep red brown earth soils over a clay base.
Lone Palm Vineyards Old Vine Grenache has a nose of ripe black cherry juice, freshly squeezed, with some cinnamon and clove depth. This follows on the palate which is rich yet very bright and lifted with some gamey notes in the finish. Drink with pink, seared duck, Chinese ribs, warm goats cheese and mutton curries.
