The northernmost subregion of the Uco Valley, Tupungato is one of Mendoza’s largest and most important wine areas. Sitting at the base of the 6,570m volcano Mt. Tupungato, it lies around 40 miles south of the city of Mendoza.
Progreso Malbec-Syrah wine is lightly oaked with delicate spices, plums and cherry on the nose that leads to a clean palate of red fruits with a well-balanced acidity. A great choice to pair with roast lamb.
