Weingut Seehof Weisser Burgunder, Qualitätswein Gutswein is fermented in stainless steel. A fuller initial feel than the Grauburgunder but again nicely ‘light’ on its feet. Lovely soft cushion of fruit with just the right crackle of acidity at the finish. Lighter, prettier and a couple of quid cheaper than its Alsatian equivalents. Pair with crab linguine
