Jambe de bois by Brussels brewery Brasserie de la Senne is an authentic Belgian Tripel brewed as an homage to the Belgian revolution of 1830. With all the power and drama of those turbulent times, this big, fruity blonde is packed with classic bready malts and vibrant white-pepper and banana yeast.
Blond and copper-coloured, Jambe-de-Bois is a powerful and full-bodied beer. It has a scent of ripe banana and a subtle blend of old varieties of aromatic hops. As for taste, the malt dominates, supported by a long and delicate bitterness. It has 8% alcohol.
