Calvados, one of the world’s finest spirits has been produced in the historic French region of Normandy for at least five centuries. The Famille Dupont Family estate consists of 30 hectares (74 acres) of orchards in Normandy, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region. The estate produces ciders, pommeau and calvados.
Dupont Calvados Fine has aged 2 years in oak barrels, with 50% of new oak. A beautiful clear and brilliant golden yellow colour with fine and complex aromas of apple, pear, vanilla and citrus with earthy hints. A round and fresh mouthfeel with dried fruit aromas and vanilla.
Enjoy on its own, over ice, or with a drop or two of water to let it release its aromas.
Must be given time to breathe. Accompanies dark chocolate and fine cigars.
