Domaine Bargemone Libre Blanc, AOP Coteaux d’Aix en Provence [Organic] (6 Bottle Case)

The grapes are harvested by hand and at night from parcels located near the Touloubre river which runs through the Domaine. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.

Domaine Bargemone Libre Blanc has bright and aromatic on the nose with citrus, pear, plum and a hint of fennel. The wine is medium bodied on the palate with peach, pear, almond, a touch of pleasing salinity and a long finish.

Drink with seafood, a summer salad of roast chicken and pomegranate seeds or grilled sea bass with a herb butter.
