Signos de Origen Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo Valley is a lovely example of cabernet sauvignon with a beautiful purity. Blackcurrant leaf, nettle, the purest fruit and a hint of vanilla appear on the nose with a palate of clean plummy fruit, cooling menthol and hint of coffee and bitter chocolate. It also has a crunchy, mineral fruit texture and the integration of a well made wine, a result of the passion behind Emiliana's philosophy, perfectly timed picking decisions and quality fruit. A brilliant wine to pair with pork ribs, grilled red meats or lamb shank.
