Kristian (son of Edi) farms 12 hectares on the western side of the hill (Collio) along with 2 hectares just over the border in Brda, Slovenia.
Edi Keber Collio grapes are predominantly Tocai Friulano with Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla. We’re talking more skin contact here than in the entire Emmanuelle trilogy.
 
Skin contact gives this an attractive pithy bitterness. Subtle tannins add superb length and complexity.
Pair with Prosciutto di San Daniele.
