Mingorra Imaginem Sustainable Red Wine

This special wine is only produced in the best vintages.  Naturally fermented with a low-intervention approach in the winery.  The wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels.

Imaginem has a light, garnet colour that gives away its age. It presents a lovely nose of ripe, dark berries with some warm spices, tomato leaf and earth. Pure and indulgent on the palate with secondary aromas of nutmeg and clove followed by tertiary aromas of mushroom which combine with the freshness of coriander and ripe red fruit. Elegant subtle tannins and mature fruit all the way leaving a long, delicious balanced flavour on your palate.

Pairs well with rich dishes such as mushroom ragu, red meat and duck.
