The Biecher family have been making wine in Alsace since 1776. Their cellar in the village of Saint Hippolyte is ideally located right in the heart of Alsace.

This is a full-bodied wine, with rich texture and a hint of sweetness and exotic fruit flavours of lychee and pineapple. It has a delicate, fresh finish.
