Signos de Origen Syrah 'La Quebrada' from Casablanca Valley is concentrated, fruity fresh with plenty of secondary characters too! Intense blackcurrant, perfumed violets, cranberries, strawberries and sweet spices such as vanilla, cinnamon and clove on the nose, with subtle hints of cedar. The palate is big and generous with sweet black fruit and a lovely texture. Further hints of spice, cedar and smoke from the oak, as well as some saltiness to the finish. A great wine to pair with roast lamb, rack of lamb or roast duck.
