Doorly's rum has been made on the island of Barbados since 1908 and was remarkably the first rum brand ever to be exported from the island.
To produce the unique character of Doorly's XO, some of the oldest rums are carefully selected for a special second maturation in oak casks already seasoned in the aging of Oloroso sherry.
This wonderful rum has a rich, fruity character, with notes of toffee, raisins and vanilla throughout the palate. The label features an image of the grand Hyacinth Macaw – the largest macaw in the world.
