The Somewhat Known Chardonnay is from the sub-region of Banghoek in Stellenbosch. This wine perfectly balances oak and fruit. The nose is full and toasty, whilst on the palate there is rich fruit balance by excellent freshness.  Its restrained power makes this very versatile for matching - creamy chicken dishes or pan-fried fish would fit the bill nicely.
