The distillery was first installed at St Martial Sur Né in 1859, in the heart of the Cognac region. Since then, 5 generations have run the distillery, creating Cognacs and Pineaux of exceptional quality. They have 22 stills and bottle everything on site, and the spirits are tasted every 24 hours during their production by Jean-Jacques Trijol to ensure the quality. The use of Sulphur Dioxide is forbidden.
Maxime Trijol XO Grande Champagne is a beautiful topaz colour with flashes of gold. A full-bodied nose of aromatic richness and hints of liquorice and touches of vanilla and cedar wood. Good length on the palate with a very smooth, layered finish. Presented in decanter and wooden box for the perfect gift.
