Knob Creek is a meticulously crafted small batch bourbon made by Jim Beam, utilizing a traditional distillation process and aged for a remarkable nine years. Its name pays homage to the region in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln spent his formative years, as the creek that runs through it played a pivotal role in his life—nearly taking his life during a swimming incident.
