A charming white from the southern Rhône.

Grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning hours and transported to the winery in open crates. The Grenache Blanc and Clairette are vinified separately in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and add balance.

Château Maucoil Organic Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc has rich, fleshy southern fruit is balanced by a fresh acidity and rounded off with a long fruity finish.

Try with a variety of poultry or cooked fish dishes. A great all-rounder for white meats and fish. Or simply by the glass!
