Weingut Seehof Grauer Burgunder Trocken, Qualitätswein Gutswein is fermented in stainless steel. Quiet, gently understated, nicely fresh and light (12.5 abv)… and then a lovely swell of fine ‘round’ textures and flavours just rolls through at the finish. Beautifully drinkable and very moreish. Pad Thai with a big splash of fresh lime works wonderfully with this wine.
