Citizen Wine Cluster Flock

 A herd of wild sheep is responsible for this wine.

When they ran Loose in our best block and ate half the grapes it could have been a total disaster.

However, it ended up being a huge success thanks to the unexpected reduction in yield.

The result is a delicious, concentrated wine that at one point looked to be a complete and utter cluster fl*ck.

Lime, guava, gooseberries and a hint of grass.  One of the most classic Sauvignon Blanc styles baaaa none!
