Porta dos Cavaleiros Dao White

The grapes for this wine were harvested manually and fermented under controlled temperature for 14 days in stainless steel vats.

Pale lemon colour with a fruity and floral aroma.  Notes of melon, fresh herbs and pear drops.  Round with an uplifting freshness and minerality that give a persistent finish.

This would be good as an aperitif or paired with seafood, grilled fresh fish or with white meat dishes.
