Smalltown Vineyards Sub Aqua Club Field Blend, Barossa Valley [Orange Wine] (12 Bottle Case)

Sub Aqua Club is a dry-grown, natural wine fermented on skins for 2-3 weeks, depending which bin! Then in very old, neutral oak.

Smalltown Vineyards Sub Aqua Club Field Blend has fresh apricot in hue, delightfully its almost equally furry on the palate.. Kinda has a nose of Silver Shred and a palate of Golden Shred smeared over a cold marble bust of Bacchus. Its at once marmalade and marble being all rich, sinewy, aromatic and textural. Finely-grained for a skin-contact wine, it should not be served too cold.

Would work well with Hawaiian pizzas, Vietnamese ginger dishes, pan-fried pear and cumin desserts and any dry, aromatic curries.
