This is a single vineyard Riesling from Florian Fauth offering a nice style change from the lighter more delicate Kirchspiel.
Weingut Seehof Steingrube Riesling Trocken, Qualitätswein Lagenweine is produced from fruit from loam and marl vineyards with high subsoil stone content. 85% made in stainless steel with the remainder in oak. Pithy grapefruit Riesling with concentrated minerality and a stony core. Pair with Wiener Schnitzel and dill pickles.
