Ballina Dúbailte is the distillery’s signature double-distilled, double wood Irish whiskey, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl format and matured in a carefully balanced combination of 55% bourbon and 45% Oloroso sherry casks. Light and inviting on the nose with honeyed sweetness alongside green apple, pear and honeydew melon, it develops into a medium-bodied palate of vanilla fudge and butterscotch, followed by classic sherried notes of raisins, dried fruits, gentle spice and subtle nuttiness. The finish is warming and lingering, with soft walnut and honey, making Dúbailte a refined, expressive introduction to Ballina’s core range.
