The Bellefontaine Sauvignon Blanc is a well-balanced Sauv Blanc from the south of France that offers tremendous value for such a good quality wine. Classic Sauvignon Blanc nose with herbaceous notes, yet with underlying ripeness. Very floral, wild flower aromas balanced with a lovely fresh and pure lemon zest. Concentrated fruit and good acidity make this a very satisfying drop! Drink on its own well chilled or with simple snacks and delicate fish dishes like sole or plaice; or try with goat's cheese.
