The Tosolini distillery produces high quality Italian spirits made with respect to tradition, having been in the family since 1943. Based in Fruili, they have long-standing relationships with local grape growers and other producers, which allows them to source the highest quality produce for their distillates. They still work with traditional, hand-operated steam stills which preserve the delicacy of aroma.
Grappa Agrigola is crisp and full-bodied. Aged in Ashwood, to prevent too much flavour overpowering the spirit. This grappa is made from Pinot Grigio, Tocai, Ribolla, Cabernet Franc and Refosco grapes, in Italy's Friuli region.
