Syrah for Monteagrelo is sourced from a vineyard is 930 to 970 metres above sea level. The grapes were harvested by hand. The temperature of the fermentation was kept at 25-27ºC. The wine was then aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels for 15 months.
Bodega Bressia Monteagrelo Syrah has spicy coffee and cinnamon notes with a floral list, this engaging Syrah is silky and complex with a smooth mouth feel and silky tannins. Huge diurnal temperature variations ensure fresh, well-developed fruit and harmonious tannins. Tasty stuff!
