Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Their aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese - assisted by Boutinot's Tony Brown MW.

Ca’ di Ponti Nero d’Avola  wine has rich black fruits backed by fine tannins. A deeply coloured, full-flavoured, spicy red with aromas of wild plum and black cherry accentuating savoury, liquorice characters. The palate combines dark fruit flavours with lightly smoky notes, a hint of bitter chocolate and structured tannins. Drink with juicy home-made burgers with a slab of mozzarella, or charred lamb steaks.

Please note: All case wine orders can take between 7-10 days for delivery.
