Cantine Gulino is the passion project of Doctor Gulino who decided to renovate his family's historic winery when he inherited the land in the Siracusa region of Sicily. With a love of history, he put his efforts into recognising native varieties and their ancient links to the land.
Cantine Gulino Eileos wine is a wonderfully aromatic dry expression of the native Moscato di Siracusa. Expect vibrant aromas of yellow peach, apricot, lemon and orange blossom all balanced by a crisp acidity. This can be enjoyed with aromatic dishes such as Thai curries.
