Cieck Erbaluce di Caluso ‘Vigna Misobolo’ is a definite step up here in concentration, flinty mineral notes and pure stone fruit character. On the nose you see straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose you smell fragrant, with notes of pear and hawthorn, accompanied by a lingering mineral sensation. The palate has structure and potency, together with body and acidity, create a perfect balance. The finish is dominated by a savoury aftertaste.
Pairs beautifully with crab risotto.
